The following paintings were created during the pandemic in 2021, emerging from a deep process of introspection and self-reflection. They explore memories from the past that transform into polluted rivers and lagoons of the mind. Painted in an automatic manner, the works allow tensions and complex sensations to flow, reflecting an almost therapeutic process. This exercise provided me with the opportunity to "cleanse" and "heal" personal stories, resulting in a series that captures the interplay between pain, healing, and emotional release.
